  • DESCRIPTION:
    Prepared from clean sound and mature apples. Washed,sorted, peeled, cored , cut in rings and sulfited dehydrated by adequated technology in a belt dryer final product is inspected, screened and packed.

  • APPLE VARIETIES :
    Mainly granny smith and red delicious.
    Rome beauty,Golden delicious, Fuji ,Gala upon avaiability.

  • APPEARANCE:
    COLOUR : White, cream or yellow depending on apple variety.
    FLAVOUR : Typical of apple variety with no musty, or off flavours.
    SIZE : Uniform. Product is cut in fresh state before drying.
    Measures can be done. 5/16,3/8,1/2 inches, or 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4 inches (for dices)
