Prepared from clean sound and mature apples washed,sorted, peeled, cored , cut in cubes and sulfited dehydrated by adequated technology in a belt dryer final product is inspected, screened and packed.
Mainly granny smith and red delicious
Rome beauty, golden delicious, fuji ,gala upon avaiability
COLOUR : White, cream or yellow depending on apple variety
FLAVOUR : Typical of apple variety with no musty, or off flavours
SIZE : Uniform . Product is cut in fresh state before drying
